This policy is written to match how SayDay is designed to work in the app: spoken guesses stay on-device, optional warm-up uploads require separate adult consent, and guest ads are handled with age-aware limits.

Who this policy covers
SayDay is a static website at sayday.games and an iPhone app published by PulseScore. This policy explains how we handle information for the website, the app, guest play, member accounts, and the optional voice weather feature.
If a future support or deletion form is added, this page may link to it. Until then, privacy requests can be sent to privacy@sayday.games.
Spoken guesses stay on your device
SayDay is designed so spoken guesses are recognised on your iPhone using on-device speech recognition. We do not want spoken guesses uploaded to our servers, and they are not used for advertising or analytics.
We do not sell spoken guess data, and we do not share spoken guesses, transcripts, or voice measurements with ad networks.
Optional warm-up uploads for adult members only
The only audio that may be uploaded is the daily warm-up, which includes a short read-aloud line and a held "aah". This upload is optional and only available to members aged 18 or over who give separate, explicit consent for voice analysis.
Voice analysis consent is separate from account creation, gameplay, and any purchase flow. If you do not consent, you can still play SayDay without warm-up uploads. If you later withdraw consent, future warm-ups will no longer be uploaded for analysis.
Voice weather is not medical advice
Optional voice weather is intended as a reflective, wellbeing-style feature that compares your warm-ups with your own baseline over time. It is not a medical service, diagnosis, treatment, screening tool, or emergency feature.
If you have concerns about your health or voice, please seek advice from a qualified professional rather than relying on SayDay.
Age handling
SayDay asks a neutral age question on first launch. Children under 13 cannot play. People aged 13 to 17, or people who do not answer, may use the guest experience with non-personalised ads and without an App Tracking Transparency prompt.
Membership and optional voice weather are for adults aged 18 and over only. If we learn that an account does not meet these rules, we may limit or remove access.
Ads and guest play
Guests may see ads, including limited banner, interstitial, or optional rewarded placements. Members do not see ads. We do not provide voice recordings, spoken guess transcripts, or voice measurements to ad providers.
For guests who are under 18 or whose age is unknown, ads are intended to be non-personalised. Adults may be shown consent flows required for advertising permissions.
Account and gameplay data
If you create an account, we may process account identifiers, sign-in details from our identity provider, gameplay progress, streaks, rewards, consent choices, and support communications. Guests may keep some local progress on-device before joining.
We use this information to operate the game, provide member features, prevent abuse, respond to support requests, and meet legal obligations.
Website data
This Astro website is static. Standard web hosting may still process basic technical logs such as IP address, browser details, and request timing for security and delivery. We do not use this website to collect spoken guesses or warm-up audio.
If analytics or forms are added later, this policy should be updated before they go live.
Retention, deletion, and your choices
We keep information only as long as reasonably needed for the purposes described here, including account operation, support, security, and legal compliance. Retention periods may differ by data type.
You can request account deletion or privacy help by contacting privacy@sayday.games. The steps are explained at sayday.games/account-deletion. If an in-app deletion flow or dedicated web form is added, we will link it here for App Store review and user access.
