Get in touch
For help with the app or website, email hello@sayday.games. For privacy questions, data requests, or account deletion, email privacy@sayday.games. We aim to reply within a few working days.
It helps to tell us your iPhone model, iOS version, SayDay version, and what happened. Please do not send passwords or voice recordings.
SayDay cannot hear me
Open the iPhone Settings app, find SayDay, and check that Microphone and Speech Recognition are both turned on. Then close and reopen SayDay.
If your guesses are still not recognised, try somewhere quieter, speak at a natural pace, and make sure iOS and SayDay are up to date. Spoken guesses are recognised on your iPhone, so we cannot hear or review them for you.
Puzzles, streaks, and progress
SayDay is built around one puzzle a day, so a new puzzle appears each day rather than on demand.
Guests may keep progress only on their device, so deleting the app can remove it. Members should sign in with the same method they used to join. If your streak or progress looks wrong, email us with the date it changed.
Membership, ads, and purchases
Guests may see ads and members do not. Membership is for adults aged 18 and over.
Anything you buy through the App Store is billed by Apple, which also handles cancellations and refunds. You can manage subscriptions in the iPhone Settings app and request a refund at reportaproblem.apple.com.
Warm-ups and voice weather
Warm-up uploads and voice weather are optional and only for adult members who separately consent. You can withdraw consent at any time without deleting your account or stopping play. If you cannot find the option in the app, email privacy@sayday.games.
Voice weather is not a medical service. If you have concerns about your health or voice, please speak to a qualified professional.
